The Inkwell

I just upgraded Drupal to the latest version (5.1) and since it uses a new theme engine, I reverted to that one. It looks like it will be a lot more powerful than the old one I was using. However, I'm going to have to retheme from scratch, so it may take some time before The Inkwell looks like its old self again. (This time, though, it will be a bit smoother.) Anyway, if you have any suggestions or requests that you think would be an improvement, by all means, let me know.

I know it's been pretty dead here lately, but I've been catching up on some projects and haven't had a lot of time to do the latest updates. However, I will be updating in the near future, as soon as I get the chance.

All right, I just posted the first of the Linux tutorials as well as a few new web links in the links section. I'll be adding new tutorials regularly, so be sure to check back. For your convenience, the latest updates are now shown in a block on the right, and the complete list can be found in the "Recent Posts" menu to the left.

I've also noticed that a few of you think my layout needs some work, and I'll keep that in mind. I already know of some of the more common issues, such as the color of the comments preview, the colors of the poll bars, and so forth, but if you could post any other issues it would help me ensure thinks look smooth.

Welcome to The Inkwell. At the moment the website is pretty bare, but I plan to change that very soon. For those who are new, the purpose of this site is primarily to host my programming projects, most of which will hopefully be contributions to the open-source movement. I also plan on putting up information on various other open-source projects, indie gaming, and tutorials for new Linux users. (The latter will probably be the first thing I put up.)

For now, feel free to take the current poll on the looks and layout of the site. Also, any comments are welcome.
